FAQs

Why not just hire in house?

If you're lucky enough to find a good available brand designer,  their salary typically exceeds $80,000. With BrandBird on our yearly plan it will only cost $17,940. Thats savings of $62,060 per year.
If you sign up to our monthly plan you can pause or cancel whenever you like. Only pay when you need a designer.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes, once you’ve been onboarded you can add as many requests as you’d like, they will be completed one at a time.

How fast will I receive designs?

Designs will be received in 2 business days after you submit a request.

How does the pause feature work?

Not everyone needs a full time designer. This is why we offer the pause feature. When you pay for a month, you begin a 31 day cycle. If you use the service for 20 days and then pause, you keep 11 days in your bank to use whenever you want.

How do we communicate?

All projects are managed within Trello. Submit requests, ask for revisions and approve designs. We don't waste time with meetings, submit the request and we produce the work.

If we are not happy with the work can we get a refund?

We offer unlimited revisions, if you're still not happy we unfortunately do not offer refunds due to the high quality work.
